ZOOM : Light of Jesus Family (Leaders Assembly 2012)

It's a yearly gathering of leaders of Light of Jesus Family!

It's my first time to attend here and I was blessed to be on this event. Know why?

Share. :D

Before going to this event we had a really hard time thinking if we will continue to attend. We decided to go, but on that time, that very day while going to the venue, we had a problem regarding our thesis. I received a text on my thesis mate that there's a problem encountered regarding our system. I don't know what to do but we keep on communicating. And that time, while thinking, I prayed and asked God to lead us, and I'm asking for a sign if I will go or go back. And know what?  There's this guy that also going to that event that we encountered that has a printed sign on his shirt that says 'May magandang mangyayari sa'yo ngayon'. Really!
And after reading that message, I got goosebumps and prayed again and says 'Lord, kayo na pong bahala'.

And the assembly started.

There are lot of attendees.

And while in worship, I cried many times. I can't help it.  Mixed emotions.  Happy and sad. But in latter, the sadness go away and my heart filled with happiness!

It my first time to see Bro. Bo Sanchez in person! And my first time to hear his talk! Amazing! :))
You can say the purity in his talk. His intentions in making Feasts, Light of Jesus Family, and other organizations under him.  So I will do my best to support him! And be a Leader in many ways.

And attending this event we are now anointed to be a real leader. So I will do my best to be one!

And also I want to thank this event or the sponsors of this event for giving us Companion (A Catholic Scripture Diary), a leader red shirt, and 2 booklets about 21 beliefs of Light of Jesus family and 21 beliefs of Leaders!

And also after this event, the aktiFEASTa (that's what we called on PUP Campus Feasters - that's us), have a bonding on Philippine Air Force AEROSPACE MUSEUM!

It was indeed a very great day!
Thank you Lord! :))

GOD bless us all!

Here are some pictures of this event.

God Feels Your Pain a Zillion Times More.

Problems are part of life.
But that’s okay.
You’ve heard me say this a lot of times before, because it’s my core belief:
In every problem, there’s a blessing.
In every trial, there’s a treasure.
Jesus said,
“Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted.”
God Feels Your Pain More Than You Do.
One day, when my nephew Marco was a small boy, he had a freak fall. He suffered a deep gash on his head. His father, Abel, held his son as the doctor was stitching the gaping wound.
Naturally, the small boy was crying and struggling. But his father couldn’t do anything but hold him firmly. Little Marco couldn’t understand why his Daddy was allowing this doctor to hurt him. So in agony, he screamed, “I hate you, Dad! I hate you!”
The words stung his father’s heart. But with tears, Abel kept embracing his son and said, “This will only be for a minute. Trust me!”
If you are grieving right now, understand that God is grieving with you. He feels your pain – much more than you feel yours.
You won’t read this in any theology book, but this is my theory:
That God feels your pain a zillion times more.
Why?
Because He loves you a zillion times more than you love yourself. That’s why.
- Bo Sanchez

TGIF!

Be Open.

Be desperate for God!

"Hindi ka ginising ng Diyos at binigyan ng panibagong buhay para sumimangot at maging masungit."

Many people think that happiness is based on the things that you get in life.
The truth is it's not.
Happiness is an attitude, an internal disposition.
Happy people always focus on the joy inside their heart.

And do you want to know one of their success?

It's openness.

Happy people are always open for the blessings that is to come.  They prepare their life and their heart to receive the bountiful abundant blessings from God.  They are not like the proud who think that they are all worthy or the pitiful who believe they are not unworthy.  Happy people think that they become worthy because of the love of God.

So do you want to be happy?

Then open yourselves to the Lord! :))  - IC of Feast Manila

You can be a SUPERHERO!

It’s my 2nd time attending CG (Caring Group) in PUP Feast! And I was even blessed once more!
And before we start of course we pray, then introduce ourselves and when we are introducing ourselves, there’s a twist, we will also tell our favourite cartoon character.
So Kuya Joel – Doraemon, Michael – Doraemon, Sheila – Spongebob, Ann – konan, Jem – Sailormoon, and Kath – Naruto.

Our CG topic for today is about heroes.

But before the topic was made, Kuya Joel, the president of PUP Feast, tell us a story, about the miraculous Lady of Fatima. :)

And back to the topic. We share different real superheroes like Lastikman, Darna, and Captain Barbel. And what we do that is we must tell why they’re the one we choose. And most of the answers were ofcourse, it’s a Pinoy superhero, and like them or like every real superhero do, they help people who are in need, they set aside their own life for others.

And in that, Kuya Joel ask us if there’s a moment that we become a hero?

Of course, the answer is yes.

And after hearing their sharings, I was amazed! Cause they’re not only heroes, their superheroes
But what I’m trying to say here is even though we don’t have that super powers, we can also be a hero by just simple acts.

Like Kuya Michael had said
“ There’s no Little acts cause in God it’s a lot. ” :)
And I know, like us, there’s a time that you also encounter that simple act to help others or you set aside your own for others sake.

I know, you have experienced that. :)

And to end this, I hope we will continue to be a superhero. Yes, you can be a SUPERHERO! :) Cause every little good acts counts. And remember, what you do to others is what you do with God too. :)

I am blessed, enlightened. GOD bless us all! ^_^

1 year anniversary of PUP FEAST!

Had a blast!
Super happy! ^_________^
Hahahahaha!
And up until now, I had a hangover. I can't get over it.
I super enjoyed the event!
1 year anniversary of PUP Campus Feast! The first Feast campus mission.

And in the event, I am one of the dancers that even though I do not perfectly know the steps, I just go for it and dance in front of them. Only in the chorus of the song I can dance well. Haha! But even though I can't remember all the steps, I am super HAPPY and I super ENJOY dancing! :) Why? Cause I'm happy serving God! It's an honor to serve Him!

And thank you to all the dancers of dance ministry who guide me in dancing, especially to Ate Rox. She is a great dancer indeed. And also to Jessy, Mariah, James, Camille and Joel (the currently president of PUP Campus Feast). Amazed. They do their best in dancing. And in that, you will go with it too! Really! Haha. And to all the servants who attended, thank you very much!

And I just want to share, Kath, my classmate, she attended! She's from Malabon and we do not have a class today so I just want to acknowledge, thank you Lady Kathrine Rose Falcunit Bulabos! :)

And Brother Jonathan, the founder of PUP Campus Feast, today's speaker, thank you cause I learned a lot to you! I really thank you for this day. And Daddy Obet Cabrillas also attended! Thank you! Super Happy! :)))))))

It's really an honor and really great serving God and to be with people who also serve Him, God fearing and acknowledge God as their savior!

There is no one like You
You alone are great
We give You all the glory
We give You all the praise
-Your love by PlanetShakers

One of the songs we dance. Just have a Last Songs Syndrome. :) I like it. Try to listen too. ^____^
