F.I.S.H in a more meaningful way:

F-I-S-H stands for

F - Fast not just from food, but also from things that you enjoy, like hours of surfing the Internet, watching movies, and so on.

I - Influence others to do acts of charity and kindness.

S - Spend time in prayer. Stay still with Jesus.

H - Have a firm resolve to improve yourself by letting go of things that keep you away from GOD.
